I have a lexmark x75 that will will not print in color it did for a minute after i installed new carthridges?

I have cleaned the heads and made sure the print color in black and white is not checked please help it printed once but print was broken now dosent work

Hi. Use the "Cartridge maintenance" function to clean the heads. This is just to prove that the color is really not working. (If you see bands of color the cartridge is fine and something else is causing the B&W.) Then try removing the B&W cartridge and printing again. If you still get B&W there is a setting wrong someplace.
