Unions are to protect our rights as working class people..
A lot of people think that they don't need union representation, and can handle management on their own until management gang up against them and start play hard ball.. Being Union Is Necessary... to protect your wages, benefits and working conditions..... Two thumbs up for Spun Up's boyfriend a fellow Sheet Metal Brother........

yes i am. UAW Local 3000. i am proud to be a union member. we have fallen on some hard times, but hopefully we can rebound and become as strong as the union was years ago.
