Where did you hear that? No, absolutely not ! Over 40,000 first responders suffer from respiratory illness, depression and post traumatic stress to name a few of the illnesses. All those workers struggling to search for any hope in the rubble. It is ludacris to even suggest.
Fraud occurs in the most horrible situations. There may be some incidents. I heard of false claims but never of Firefighters or Police involvement. TY.

Them, Bush, the government, the rescue workers, all the people on the flight manifests, the witnesses at the pentagon who saw a plane, the people who spoke with loved ones on the planes by cell phone before they crashed into the buildings. All of these people would have to be in on the conspiracy. It's hard to believe anyone could be so shallow and paranoid, but they are out there.

I would strongly advise that you not tell the NYPD anything like you propose out of concern that the State of New York may have some kind of law that allows public officials to place a mental evaluation hold on people they suspect may be impaired. You have to be kidding, but just in case you aren't, please re-read the above.

If you want to insist on allowing your political views to clud your common sense thats your bussiness...but dont cheapen the deaths of my brother firefighters by cheapening their deaths...It doesnt take any courage at all to hide behind your in your mom's basement and make disrespectful statements. Your question is moot...you dont have one tenth of the courage to ask this question to me, my fellow firefighters, or any police officer.

What kind of a sick **** are you?

I sure as hell saw my former instructor form the fire training center in his casket,... and what was left of my friend in the morgue.

The Frederick's family was lucky... they found Andy in one piece. All my friend Charlie Anaya's wife had to bury was a hand, a piece of leg, and a few vertebrae. The rest of him is probably in Fresh kills landfill.

I'd say you've posted a lot of nonsense today so you either have taken too many meds or not enough.

Should you have more respect for people who put their lives on the line to protect yours?

Yup, and take off the tinfoil hat while you're at it.
