Do I have to use an action replay to get my pokemon from sapphire to diamond?

first you have beat the elite 4 next you have to go to pal park on route 221 make sure you have search and you will see someone and save turn off and last put your sapphire in your game slot and pokemon diamond or pearl in the other game slot and there will be something on the pokemon diamon or pokemon pearl main menu that says migrate and migrate the pokemon but you trade pokemon back to pokemon sapphire

You use the Migrate option. Put both games into the DS. When you turn it on, go to Diamond. After the intro, "Migrate from Sapphire to Diamond," should be under "new game." Keep pressing Yes, and then you should be able to pick from your Pokemon that are in your PC in Sapphire. That should do it!

However, you have to see every pokemon in the Sinnoh, and get the National Pokedex.

no heres how you do it

first you need to beat the eliete four and see all the pokemon in sinnoh, then you will get the national dex

after you get this, put your saphire in the gba slot on you ds, then on the diamond menu, choose migrate. all the pokemon in you party in saphire will go the the pal park, south of twinleaf town

you can catch the migrated pokemon there, once you caught them all, you can do it again

the game will allow you to transfer your pokemon from saphire after you see all the pokemon in your diamond/pearl pokedex. Once that pokedex is full, you will get the national dex from someone and the transfer will be enabled.

Of course, you could use AR to get a full pokedex code...
