new bf looks over my shoulder at other girls when we're out. Now I realise that guys will look at other girls but should I tell him I dont like it (he can do it when I'm not around right) or say nothing and get over it?

Hey...whatever you s do DONT talk to him....i just elbow my man...and from that he knows i dont like it.If you talk tohim he's just going to deny it, which will frustrate you...OR!!!! he's going to admit it....then its dooms day! So be sarcastic, but dont pick a big fight over it.
I know sounds like bad advice, but this is real life, and in real life talking to a man over something like that, from my experience, it doesnt work.

nooo telling him would be a big turn off for the guy..he would defend himself and call u control freak.. i know coz ive done it... act like you dont care and you look at oher guys and make him notice as well.. if he tells you something tell him how he feels... and then tell him that he does the same and its not very respectful for the woman he is with...

yeah tell him you don't like it while he is doing it in front of you and it's a sign of disrespect too! If he doesn't take any notice of you, then play his game and look at guys over your shoulder and make comments about them and see if he likes it!!
