This man just won't shut his big, senseless mouth. Now he is restarting the cold war all over again.

I am sorry to cloud those glasses but the world has never been a "nice" place since Adam first bit the apple and religion/religions have been telling us how to live and forecasting our lives....Bush has made a right mess of things and as some believe may have had some doing in the preliminaries, but he cannot be singled out as being more evil than some from the past...migod, I just heard myself defend Bush, I need another coffee...no until we learn to be kind of our fellow man, to allow a fair share of the pie for all, eliminate greed and the greedy, until we allow freedom of religion in all directions...until we learn to live like God himself supposedly told us, and not the way the Christians et al tell us, we will never have a world without the likes of Bush. And first and foremost we must learn how to love...to love and respect one another, to love and respect nature and the world around us and to love ourselves.
Coffee in me now...Bush is a disaster and sadly the damage is not over...he will pick another fight for sure, probably Iran but starting the cold war over is another option but keep in mind the nations of the Cold War are part of the EEC and a whole different ballgame and Bush may just be trying to break that group up because they have become and are in fact a formidable economic opponent...they could push the US to 3rd place economically...something Bush also has a lot to do with. Americans should be prepared to see the death counts rise if no one has the courage or the mechanisms to stop this man...and where will he find the troops....a new draft....so all you smug guys and girls sitting at the computer, just remember his plans could include you.

Nah, the world has always been a dangerous place. I'm no fan of George and the Bush league, but he hasn't created the tension with Russia. In fact, Russia is perhaps one of the few nations that I think he's had a decent foreign policy approach towards.

Its not as though all these problems are purely Bush's fault. The world is a dangerous and unpredictable place, and when you try to get involved overseas, even to do good (like going into Somalia), or to do something that is justified (like going in to Afghanistan), it is difficult and messy and very dangerous. Wars don't always go the way we expect.

That's why I prefer to have a president who has some actual military experience. They realize that war isn't easy and not something that you enter into lightly. John McCain, Duncan Hunter, and Ron Paul are the only three military veterans in the running. They each have profoundly different opinions on the war and the right thing to do next, but I think they're the three candidates who I would trust the most to deal with foreign policy, because I know that none of them will enter into a new war willy-nilly.

Bush and Clinton both have taken war much too lightly. That's the danger. War is Hell. We need to realize that. We need to be more judicious in our foreign policy.

The only difference with the world is that this president chose to actually deal with the terrorists that have been at war with us since the Carter years. I may take issue with some of the decisions made after toppling Saddam but I must give him a lot of credit for responding with force after 9/11.

Now the border? That is something else again.

No, this world was NOT such a nice place before Mr. Bush came along. It was already filled with all the atrocities with which we are now dealing. And then "they" dared to invade our country and kill over 3000 innocent people. I say 'give em all hell" and that's just what this strong man is doing!

It just amazes me, how many ignorant people here think that Bush did this by himself!!

Web definitions for ignorant
uneducated in general; lacking knowledge or sophistication; "an ignorant man"; "nescient of contemporary literature"; "an unlearned group incapable of understanding complex issues"; "exhibiting contempt for his unlettered companions"

He had a lot of help from both Dems and Republicans both of which started flip flopping when it was a convenience to save face.

At least he had the Gonads to Follow it thru and deal with it weather you think he was right or wrong does not make a difference as NO ONE can tell what would have happened if anything were done differently.

The choice was made with a lot of outside help and he stuck to it!! To Me that's important that a person doesn't flip-flop mid stream to save face.

Please take a little more time to research before putting foot in mouth Yours, and mine are only opinions and they don't count until you vote.

I have met soooo many people that have so much to say and then they didn't even vote or are even were aware what their politicians stood for!

This doesn't mean I agree with everything that was done but I appreciate the fact that it will be followed thru.

ROFLMAO! SO real! You call a rustic it incredibly is committing genocide and torture against it incredibly is very own human beings (Iraq) "Evil" and you're republican... call the comparable u . s . a . a "Misunderstood u . s . a . with distinctive perspectives then us." and close your eyes to the torture, rapes, and mass graves and you're democrat. Or like while human beings saved asking "Why is it while 'white' human beings take issues from a shop interior the disaster it incredibly is 'accumulating components' yet while a black individual does it, it incredibly is 'looting'?" Then final your eyes to the movies of white those with baskets finished of bread and water and movies of blacks with DVD gamers and television's... Gotta love the media bias throughout Katrina... I nevertheless won't be able to decide how those DVD gamers have been going to feed the elderly, wounded, and young babies that they saved asserting they have been "accumulating components" for... it incredibly is stunning what semantics can do! LOL!

God you people only hear what you want , don't you? It is a missle DEFENSE system. It can not attack anyone. The Iranians are developing a missile with a 1500 mile range which will threaten eastern Europe. It is for their protection. Putin was invited to help. I think Putin doesn't like it because with it there he won't be able to threaten his neighbors to get his way.

I can't stand Bush, but the world wasn't really a "nice" place either. Things in the US were good when he took over... now, things are kinda getting better, but still no where close to where we were in 2000.

9/11 was tough. Losing men in Afghanistan was tough, but I supported it. We were going after those responsible to destroying things our country loved. I don't think Bush can be considered a good president until Bin Laden is caught or killed before next year. I think Iraq will always sit over his head, even those that think Bush is God can't agree that Iraq was a good idea.

And to Acmeraven below, you don't think it is good for a grown man to enjoy women? You think it takes cajones to start a war but enjoying the company of a lady does not? Literally, I have to disagree.

The world was NOT a nice place before Bush!

Not that I think he is doing a great job, but at least he doesn't pretend everything is OK when it's not.
