One thing to keep in mind, is when you give a Pokemon Movesets do not give them more than one attack of the same type. (for example you have a jolteon with four electric attacks, it should only have 1, 2 if you want thunder wave. Only give a pokemon multiple attacks of the same element in rare occassions.

Arcanine-give it more balanced attacks, way to many fire attacks.

Dialga-its good how it is.

Empoleon-too many water attacks, give it an ice attack and a flying attack. (aerial ace)

Jolteon-too many electric attacks

Lucario-good

Starraptor-I'd exchange it for a psychic type (preferablly alakazam)
