Would HIS Radeon X1550 IceQ Turbo make a great change? (I'm using ATI Radeon X1250 now)?

Your X1250 is one of the fastest integrated graphics processor but shares memory w/ system RAM. HIS X1550 is a pretty fast budget card w/ its 700mhz core and 800mhz memory but only 4 pixel pipelines. Do not expect awesome gaming improvement.

Personally, I would rather opt for the 7300GT ddr3. It has 8 pixel pipelines and >1ghz memory clock.
