If it really is a great story, I would suggest you write an outline of it and then send it to a literary agent. If it's good enough, they'll hook you up with a writer.

I know what it's like to have a really good idea and not be able to get it on paper. I think you should just write an outline and then work on the novel yourself. Or start with a short story and then make it into a novel.

Your best option is to write the story. Find the reference book, "The Elements of Style" by Strunk and White and keep a dictionary and a concise grammar book on hand, such as, "The Writer's Digest Grammar Desk Reference."
If you are confident that your story will be a bestseller then get to work now on it.

It costs to much for a ghost writer, they will want lifetime royalties too.
