What a question. Everything, right now I have a great man, and two very active children 16 yr old girl and a 2 yr old boy. At this point in my life I would like to just have the time to read a book, take a nap when I want too. Remember to call friends or have time to call them before everyone is in bed. But when I do have a little more time for "me and my man" I would love to get back into writing stories and songs and exercising like I used too and I have a passion for gardening and would like to have time to expand my vegetable garden to include more heirloom tomatoes and learn more about them. Even at 36 I haven't explored all of me yet so I think that I will do that which includes all of the interests that I come across before traveling the world which really never has interested me much.
Did I even come close to the answer that you were looking for?

That is a really tough question :( I would say there is barely anything that I do not wish to learn more about.
I would like to learn how to make tutorial videos and put them on my website to teach other people skills for free that I acquired through a lot of work, time and money more effectively.
There are many books I would like to read and many places I want to see and really know... not just cover the tourist basics by stopping by and having a quick look such as Rome, Barcelona, Stockholm, Mallorca, Greece, Thailand, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Seychelles / Mauritius.
I wish I spoke more languages fluently such as Japanese, French, Russian possibly Danish or Swedish and better Dutch and Spanish.
I want to learn how to play the guitar and I want to run a marathon and finish. I would like to publish a book and learn everything involved.
Why you say? I guess just to make me feel more "whole" or "complete". I would love to converse with people in their native language, I would like to read many books in the language they were actually written in (always a better read). I want to be able to express my feelings while singing and play the guitar alongside. I want the sense of accomplishment after running a marathon and the feeling that my body is not completely broken by my chronic illness.
Oh yeah... and then I want to study medicine all day and all night to find a cure... but hey not gonna happen. I am fairly certain I could to any one of these things if I set my mind to it and found the time... and that's when I start to hope someone invents the 48 hour day :-D

1) I would love to learn more about Quantum Physics and String Theory - this is where science meets faith.
2) I would love to learn to play the guitar.
3) Write more poetry.
4) Learn Latin, Greek, Aramaic, Mandarin Chinesse, Portuguese, Italian and Japanese.
5) Backpack Europe for a year.
I am an explorer, poet, romantic, and pirate at heart. I love things spiritual, philosophical and material and I find great wonder in that dicotomy. I believe we are creatures of the earth and spirit, divine and terran, capable of great beauty, and it is our inquisitive explorative selves that begs us to greatness.

This is a tough question. My interests are so varied. History, science, art and literature are all of great interest to me. I weld for a living so I have 10 hours a day of sensory deprivation to devote to thought. I am into self reliance so I would like to learn about heirloom vegetables. We have lost so many varieties of them. (Thanks Monsanto) I would also like to learn about plant uses. Emerson said "What is a weed but a plant who's virtue is yet to be discovered".
I could write a book on this question because I haven't talked about genealogy, apiology, ancient languages, hydraulics, electric vehicles, haggis recipes, Egyptian dynasties, blacksmithing, pottery, cultural anthropology, astronomy, alternative energy, smoking meat, theology, velopedes, under water exploration, glaciology etc. etc.
My reason for wanting to learn about these things; to know.

Before I answer that question, let me say that my time on this earth now is finite and I face my own mortality sooner than later. That said, I would like to...and not necessarily in order...
Drive through the Rocky Mountains through three states.
See the ocean again.
Record a complete anthology of all my music in its entirety.
But most importantly, I want to continue to learn all that I can in the field of science and share that knowledge with others to enrich their lives. I also want to be remembered by one person as someone who made a positive impact on their lives. Why? Because my time on earth is down to years and not decades and every day of my life is precious.

Travel...I'd love to go everywhere...even to dangerous places (e.g. The Middle East). I think it would be fun to live in the different world's cultures and observe how people live.

The human mind and the brain (neuroscience)
The intrigued science will help to determine the future of mankind if we can just know how, why and what people think and how they process information and stimuli.
