you should check into those shoes that have a great big heel on the side that doesn't reach, we had an old neighbor lady who straightened right up after getting one of those. i would try to ice it for about 45 minutes to lift it up. then, try to tweeze it out. if not, i would call the hospital and ask their opinion. it might need surgery. good luck!
