to look up a word in the dictionary when you can't spell it? I mean thats why you look it up in there in the first place right? If you are going to look it up you probably already know the word and how to use it, just not sure of spelling.

Yes, I wonder about that all the time. I can't count how many sleepless nights that one question has cost me. That and how do I call the phone company when my phone is not working.

go to dictionary.com and search i it there it'll tell you how to spell a word. just put in how u think its spelled and it'll search all of the possible answers!

yeah that has always confused me.
when you're like 'hey man how do you spell....' and they tell you to go look it up...
i'm like.......'hmmm, well that was really helpful'
it's even worse with foreign languages, though!

you have to be close to the correct spelling to even find it.
