Well you have to do the work. Sounds as though you are looking for short cuts. Personal development is a lifelong pursuit. Start meditating daily and work to develop your practice. Don't expect instant results and when you start thinking you are getting somewhere don't be disappointed if you end up right back at the same place - it's just part of the process. If transcending the limits of your mind were easy then we would all be enlightened beings. I believe the purpose of this life is to learn.
