Go for Cycling. It will help. Regularly cycle for 2-3 months in the morning ( as the air is smoke-free and fresh at that time ) and there will be increase in your height. B ut, if you are a girl and above 16 or a boy above 14, then its not possible for you to grow any taller.

Height is genetic, u cant do much abt it. The Yogasanas, helps a lot as stretching exercises.

im not sure butt try pull ups and y do u need to get taller any way sometimes its better being short if u know how to use it well
