I dont think it will make a difference anyway, most kids and mothers are lucky to get the money from the csa even if Dads do pay.
I know my brother in law dodged them for 9 years, he didnt pay a penny to his 2 kids, i use to wipe the floor with him for it, when they found him they couldnt take the money off him because hed got married and had another 4 kids.
The swine sent his wife to work so he wouldnt have to pay, i tell the selfish git ..."6 kids you got not 4".
They always find ways out or around it so naming and shaming wont work.

How about wayward mothers? Today women work too and sometimes Dad's are the single parents.

The gov'ts all across the world should form an organization similar to the UN (Unicef being a good model) whereby all delinquent PARENTS would be fined or jailed for failing to provide adequately for their children.

I've seen it both ways where the father is useless and I've seen it when the mother is. Either way the useless one should pay for destroying their childs image of what a parent should be.

Yes, it is a shame how many fathers just do not care about their kids. I raised mine w/o any help but it was hard. He was a non-parent and now he is a non-friend to my son. His loss.

If women are smart, they will realise that publicly bad-mouthing the father on the internet will only hurt their child.

And will these errant fathers really care if their name is on some obscure website? If they can leave their kids, they clearly couldn't care less about anything.
