He has completed Diplomo. he is working in some service centre. he would like to work in a reputed concern. does he want to study anything more. is there any course which has greater future. if so pls mail me. or anybody can give him a job. he can do any kind of work in very perfect manner.but nobody given him a chance. kindly help me and also to him

Usually it depends from where he did his Diploma, Some Institutes are fly by night operators and there diploma's may not have a very good standing in the Job Market.

Secondly for Hardware guys there is no problem in getting job if they are good and Fast in Problem solving .

Ask him to register at It Job portals or Naukri.com etc

lots of people "nowadays" graduate even without such knowledge.. I'm just curious, is he smart enough to fit the job he wanted? or if so, maybe there is something wrong that people think he can't fit the job that he wanted.. let's say the school he attended or his family background.. there are a lot of reasons why.. but, tell him not to loose hope..
