i kinda realized it had a fight with a porcupine, i just figured it may have run away before this amount of harm was done, thats all.

Is it bad that all I'm thinking about is that you could put cheese bits, baby onions and cocktail sausages on him then send him to a party?

Well here is ur lesson in life. A porcupine shoots the needles OUT when it is threatened. NEEDLESS to say when the dog went to play or attack the porcupine it felt threatened and the dog got shot. When the porcupine shoots out the needles it doesn't shoot out just one or two. It literally shoots out hundreds of them. I did see the article on this particular dog when it happened and the dog (after surgery) DID survive. Oh, I don't think he'll play with anymore porcupines.

He's obviously tangled with a porcupine! It probably looks worse than it is.I would imagine that he would have been sedated to remove them and then given anti-biotics.It's a shame for the little doggy and all that but I hardly class it as horrific! I am more people centred,some of the things that happen to human beings,now that's horrific!

Ohmigosh NO!!! The poor thing, it looks ****** painful the poor thing =(
I feel for that dog I really do.
Someone get him some medical help PLLLEEASE thats just so sad and bloody painful =(
Thats the most sad thing Ive ever seen here on Y\A or at all really eek, Ive seen worse on rotten.com but thats not the point thats just sad I feel for him I really do =(
