But looking at history as a whole, I cannot help but think otherwise. I believe that Christianity, or people of Christian upbringing, has played a more prominent role in the area of religious uprisals. From the Crusades, to Hitler's Holocaust and to the very present war set on the Western media against Islam.

I am a Catholic. And it makes me uncomfortable to have this notion in mind.
