Where did you hear this because it is not true. The only connection I could think of is that there are more African American Muslims rather than African American Jews and maybe that's why someone would think that African Americans may be allied with Palestinians but that statement is 100% false.

One has nothing to do with the other, if you know anything about the Palestinian people. To me this sounds like a plain and simple case of ignorance.
