Yes at Dairy Queen when the store first opened. The manager made everyone wear them, but the policy sort of died out after we ran out of hair nets. The manager never reordered them thank goodness.

Yes, as a teen, I worked as a waitress. At that time, all waitresses where required to wear hairnets to avoid getting hair in a customer's food. Over the years, this has changed.

Yes! I am a chef, and even though they suck, it is much better to wear them and keep your clientele than lose customers over hairy food!
