well 2nd pregnancy test negative..i`ve had no period pains as yet i normally have pains a few days before i start period,5 days late so i`m a liitle confused to as why my period hasnt started,gutted im not pregant,looks like we`ll have to wait for the ivf,thankyou 4 my previous answers everyone xx

your period can be as late as 10 days due to stress or the days in the month.
i do this 3 times a yr.
so don't worry and pregnancy test are usually right as long if its the good brand.

Ask the doctor to do a blood test. Pregnancy tests were really unreliable with me, sometimes I'd be 8 or 9 weeks pregnant before they'd show a positive result!

I suppose it depends on how regular you normally are.
When we were trying I was so desperate to find out, I'd do a test nearly every day, in hope. I had 5 negative tests before my positive one - at 7 days past my period.......am now 22 weeks preg!

Have you tried a different pregnancy test? You may still be pregnant but its just not showing up yet. Get the doc to do a pregnancy just to be sure.

hey, as much as I know hot it feels to get a negative.... try not to lose hope.... you know for some people it takes about 6 weeks before the hpt can detect the hormone..... why dont you go and get a blood test, it will definitely show you a more accurate picture.... good luck adn dont lose hope

you may still be pregnant, go see a doctor just to be sure! you could also be late because you are so nervous and jittery because of the tests! good luck!
