Yep-the 'fairness' doctrine will be pushed through in the first 100 seconds. They will probably enhance it to include conservative thoughts as well. Just keep watching Chavez--the Libs take their lead from him.

You hit it on the head. Although it is not an amendment, Hillary has said that re-enacting the fairness doctrine will be one of the first things on her agenda. Democrats don't care about our freedom of speech...only theirs.
Besides...none of them can stand Rush, Glenn, Sean or Bill. So they have to silence them somehow.

You seem to be more interested in semantics than in anything else.
Look at what Bush has managed to do, wire tapping and things like that are against the 1st and 4th amendment. The prisoners in guantanamo went against not only the geneva convention but the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th amendment.
Not bad for a guy who claimed to bring integrity back to the white house, and i haven´t even started yet.
The 2nd amemdment is misread by both the left and the right, though bush tends to keep out of this one.
The left arfe not anti-"rights", (well, most of them) and the "right" generally believe in some kind of twisted, "rights" for us but not for them over there.
Look at US foreign policy under Reagan and the reganist Dubya Bush. They both treat foreign citizens like they are dogs or something, how can a country claim "rights" at home, attack countries like China abroad when the reality is that the US is as bad as they are anyway.

The "un-fairness doctrine" is not an amendment. It is a dumb idea. If the left wing liberal loonies had their way, they would attack all of the Bill of Rights simultaneously.

Most definitely the second. I wouldn't be surprised if they also went after the first with more hate speech laws.
We'll also see the 16th being elaborated on as we all know how democrats love taxes.

None of them. But what they MAY do is restore the right of habeas corpus protection AND privacy; something Republicans have problems with. Following the rules and respecting the rule of law would be a refreshing change - something ELSE Republicans have problems with.
