in long term memory the nucleus of the neuron that received that information so many times is determined to synthetize new proteins that increase the shape of the synapse. my question is: are those proteins genetically codified and if not how does the nucleus know their structure in order to synthetize them? i would appreciate some examples of such proteins

I think that almost every thing u encounter is stored in the brain. Your problem is u did not index it well so u know how to find it. Have u had someone says a word and it triggers a memory that u haven't thought about for years. That is what u have done with a key word.
