When I am stressed out, I sometimes hang around my close associates, but even though I am physically there, my mind is somewhere else, thinking of how I want to handle these problems that are stressing me out.

Then there are other times, when I am stressed out about closing a business deal, rather than hang around my associates or business partners, I will get in the car and take a long drive down to Austin and sometimes over to El Paso, Texas just thinking about how I should handle this particular deal and with the resources that are available to me.
Because the vehicle is rented, or leased, I can always fly back to Houston and get my plan into action, and have the company dispatch a driver to pick up the vehicle for me.

Being the head dog in my company, it is my sole responsibility to make all the crucial marketing decisions, assigning partners to assist me in closing a deal, teamwork helps to relieve a lot of stress for me, knowing that everyone is working towards the same goal, closing the deal.

Depends on what is stressing me. If it's something I think someone close to me can help, I embrace the company. But if it's an internal or personal issue, I'd much rather work it out alone.

It all depends. Being a married woman with a child, being alone at home is not an option - no matter how I'm feeling! At work I do tend to isolate myself away from the chatter during times of stress, and my co-workers know to leave me alone. In no time I'm back in the middle of the fun and chatter!

I wish you well!!

That depends on what kind of stress - If I'm under pressure or pissed off, I want to be alone - I don't want to snap at anybody! If I'm messed over and freaked out by something that happened, I want to be friends.

I am very stressed, I want to be by myself.
If I am stressed and anxious, then I probably prefer to be with my partner or friends, to keep the worries off my mind.

I would prefer to be by myself. That way no one could accuse me of having a nasty attitude. I hate that. I would also prefer to be alone so that I can pray to God to bring me through my stressful situation.
