The most amazing thing created by human beings is the concept of God the Almighty.... well, the concept was bound to arise due to our own shortcomings and failures, but what is so amazing about it is the fact that how the concept has enabled us to differentiate between good and evil or right and wrong... no matter which religion believes in which God, the fact remains that all religions preach the same lessons of what constitutes a higher level of humanity that can be closer to God.

Amazing? An almost total destruction of nature. That's a pretty amazing feat. Our next goal seems to be wiping out humanity, ironically by increasing it's population. Of course bacteria does this all the time in a single culture, but we might take out our entire species along with a slew of others. God will be most impressed.

Other human beings I guess is the obvious answer. But if the question is more along the lines of a thing created by humanity, then I would have to say science, it is the basis of all understanding.
