I lived in Vegas for 20 years and had 125 homes, 75 condos and 25 four plex apartments.
You'll find a place, maybe but, it's going to cost, somewhere in the neighborhood of $400.00 to 600 for the fees for the dog but, not a Shepherd. He would be considered an attack dog and not welcome in 99% of the places.
You might have to rent a house but, you'll have to again, pay the fee for damages. A show of insurance against the dog for the benefit of the neighbors.
There used to be reasonable rent in Vegas but, they've caught up with the rest of the world. A decent place with a lease for two to three years: a house, two bedrooms $900.00 to whatever you wish to pay. An apartment without the dog about the same. A condo, the same. Utilities and fees could bring that price up to about $1600.00 a month, then you have to eat.
