I have a HP PSC 2355 printer and have just bought a refill kit because the cartridges are too expensive ! ! !
Does anyone know how to turn off the ink level estimators or reset the printer/cartridge so it recognises it as a new one?

seems that others on the net have also experienced possible problems with the ink lasting. Check this guide out

Hi Jim, Just sent an answer but not sure if you got it. Go here http://www.bs-print.co.uk go to the HP filling instruction for your particular cartridge and you will see how to reset the ink level indicator

u must use reseter..
