i am placing some conditions....
1) windows xp sp2....
2) administrator account password protected....
3) No Live Linux CD present....
4) cd and floopy r not present....
5) use drive is there....
6) Guest account is disabled...

Thn How one can get access to system....???

boot to linux on usb...
or..
Crack open box, put 2nd hard drive in with windows loaded with a password you know, and set the drive your breaking into as "slave"..

Just change the passowrd.Enter set up.Go to bios you will find this password changing optin.If Bios doesn't let you,then in the same set up enter supervisor password setting & it will ask you for password. I hope you know how to enter set up.let me know if you need more help.

go to >start>run>(type)cmd>(type)net(space)user(space)
[windowsloginid](space)*(enter)
(type)new password(pres enter)and retype it(press enter)
and that its!!!
