I would go to my local amusement park where the rides are a quarter.
Or I'd go to the free zoo, the free museum, the park, on a picnic.

I would go downtown during the day, and pay a kid to kick me in the crotch really hard so I would fall down, and then hope a tourist family or a group of hot chicks would feel sorry for me, and bring me to their place and feed me and give me beer and stuff.

Go to a casino and bet it all on roulette number 7. Then when you win that you'll have enough money to go to have some fun at the strip club.

I'd do lots of free things...walk around the park, play frisbee with my dog, walk my dogs, play on the computer, and then treat myself to a slice of pizza, some chips, and a drink at the end of the day.
