Is it possible to Connect 2 PC's together and made to act as one Powerful PC? If yes how to do that?

Only with Linux... NASA developed an application called Beowulf that ties lots of cheap Linux PCs together to make a loose cooperative. It's not one instance of Linux on lots of PCs, it's lots of instances of Linux on lots of PCs... cooperating with each other.

Other than that, no. There is no high speed interconnect bus as is used in industrial multi-computer systems.

Even if you do this in Linux you still need to have programs capable of using the combined Processor Power.
