Jess, darling. They're called THONGS and any Aussie worth his salt has got at least two pair. One pair for during the week, the other (black) pair for Sundays, weddings and funerals!
Only Kiwis call the bloody things "flip flops"!!

I have 2 laundry baskets full of just flip flops. My b/f gets so mad at me, he tells me that all I need are a pair of white, black, and brown ones. I don't think so...
