A lot of senior citizens don't have the time or the interest to own or learn how to use a PC. My mother is one of them. She loves to sew, receive greeting cards, bowl, work in her garden and do volunteer work. Her life is pretty complete without e-mail or the Internet.

Don't think anything of it. It's practically an unwritten law that moms are really far behind in the worlds of technology, music, clothes etc. Mine is the same!
