There are a few aspects to life on earth, really! Biological, Chemical, Physics-wise, ......then the other plane, spiritual (in that, the material energy (the body thing) and the higher-plane energy), and, the mind-matter life (emotions, illusions, sentiments, feelings -- and the mind's energy, very unique!). Oh, yes, there is such a lot to life on earth: and, love and friendship, limitless, so profound, which makes all this meaningful and worthwhile!
