lol..Indonesia is the source of exotic food, i eat exotic food so easily here ^^, tropical fruit etc, Markisa, Delima, Guava, is tons in here

food..there are Cobra's kidney, Cobra's blood, sheep's bone (it's really made from bone) satay, crocodile dishes, and many more..Frog restaurant is everywhere, and it's really a fantastic dish ^^

depends where you are from, whats considered exotic i guess
I have had wild boar, shark, kangaroo and things like that, but where they are native they wont be considered unusual
as a chef i have treid many things and find that people eat with their minds and eyes rather than their tastebuds

Hot sweet potato (in cubes) covered with malt.. then dip it in ice water to crystalised the malt. YUM! It's chilled & crispy on the outside and hot and sweet on the inside.
