Maybe my advice is not the best, as I'm a bit old fashioned in these matters, but I would say make it obvious that you want HIM to kiss you. That way, if he doesn't you haven't made a fool of yourself, because he doesn't want to. Or if he does want to and doesn't dare, is he worth it? (I know, I know, why should the guy do it? It's just my thinking). By make it obvious I mean look into his eyes playfully, touch his arm/leg (depending on the situation), get pretty near him...You know the stuff, men usually go for it. Even when you're not even sending signals

In the first place, does he take you seriously? If yes, be bold, tell him how you feel and ask him bout how he feels then let things take place naturally, if you're fated to kiss, good for you, if not, take small paces and hint to him. Yes, it takes courage to do stuff like that, but if you're not going to take the first move, he'll be gone with the wind before you know it, so good luck to you!
