the only way to see a password (like hotmail) is thru a keylogger right?
how do i know i dont have one in my PC and make sure and feel ok?
someone used this PC for some task, configured DSL stuff (when i just had DSL) and that person is not very trustworthy
im afraid my hotmail account might be hacked

Thanks all

if someone had installed keylogger on u r pc.. thn
1) everything u type is logged in a file.. and tat is being sent to that hacker or person.. or is being emailed..
2) soo...u can check which ports r open by using netstat -n command..and u can identify with some simple logic...

3) first of all u should try to see startup objects... in which u should find suspecious application.....
4) if there is no suspecious apllication running is startup thn u should chek the startup registries entries.. there u can find such applications..
coz most of such keylogers have startup files.. in registries..

and then after finding the location u can manually delete them..
orr else.. use softwares.. to find and delete.

You can't be sure about that.
You're the one using other's PC and entering your password there so you should take the blame if your password is logged and abused.

Change your password in Hotmail.

Then, Password protect your PC and logout when away.

TIP: Test for malware, now.
