Is that a serious question? While it is a close race between Magic and Jordan, Pippen shouldn't be in the conversation. Sure he was good, but the other two are two of the greatest in the history of the game and I don't believe Pippen is at that level. I would have to say Jordan though.

Wow that's pretty tough between Jordan and Magic. I'd have to give the nod to Magic though it's very debateable between him and M.J.

How Pippen got in the discussion i don't know. He's overrated and would really be nothing more than a sometimes all-star without Jordan. If Pippen is so great he should have won a championship with the Blazers.

Ok i'd say Magic only because him and Bird changed the game. Jordan's teams could not beat the Bird lead Celtics (even when MJ scored 63) whereas Magic's team could.

Magic made players around him much better and sacrificed different parts of his game (scoring) for other parts, rebounding and assists. Could Magic have averaged 30 a game (i think if he wanted to). No one was as versatile and he also lead a style of play. Magic made showtime and the fast-breaking style that teams still try to imitate to this day.

Jordan had one more championship. But people forget that Magic got hurt during the NBA finals one year (the Lakers were 11-0 up to that point in the playoffs and both him and Byron Scott got hurt) and they got swept by the Pistons- i think they could have won had they been healthy.

Magic also had to retire early or i think he would have had a couple more rings.

Anyhow those are my thoughts...

Pippen isn't close to either. I'd take Jordan over Kobe any day. If they played one on one at the same age Kobe would lose to Jordan every time.

Of course Jordan is/was the greatest of all time so he would be the best of these three. Kobe is better than pippen, but he is nothing compared to jordan or magic.

Larry Bird. Then Jordan, then about 15 other guys, then Magic, then about 30 other guys, then Pippen.

Jordan then Magic then Pippen. Give Pippen the credit he deserves because he was good regardless of how Jordan played.

an older man -coworker
told me that jordan wasn't 'changing' the game
i naively beleived him
his argument was that chamberlain and jabar had already
i grew up watching bird and johnson
and today a whole new breed of talent
but i will say without apology
jordan changed the game indefinitely
(and i'm not even much of a b-ball fan)
