Since 2000? Not many... 'Stranger Than Fiction' with Will Ferrell or 'Terminal' with Tom Hanks come to mind. A film has to be truly original for me to consider it.
If I can break the rule of the question and go back to 1999...
'The Talented Mr. Ripley' is my current 'all time favorite'.
