We have lot of things to talk about in this universe like light, force, energy, nature, god etc...but why should all these exist at all? Why should human and other life forms exist to experience these in Earth? Is that because we are here, we ask such questions and if there is nothing there won't be anything to talk or think about or experience it?.

If you have then there is but if you don't then there isn't. Overall,it is just existence no purpose, therefore enlightened beings say that become egoless, i.e. purposeless, to become one with Existence.

I honestly believe Psalm 19 has the answer: "The Heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament (earth) shows His handiwork." Think about that for a second. Think about how vast and incredible and orderly the universe is with our solar system, then think of how complex and amazing we are as people, our minds and bodies work.

Both Astronomers & Biologists have looked into how incredible these are and come to the same conclusions: there HAS to be an intelligent Designer behind it! Because such incredible things don't just happen by chance, right? I believe we all have meaning & purpose; I couldn't imagine having NO purpose at all. That's very depressing doesn't make sense.

Universe as we have heard about, is a area filled with Energy. Energy exists in versatile forms. It can never stay put in a single state. It needs constant changing over Time. Existence defines Time. Since Universe exists, so does Time.

Energy because of its hunger of ever-changing forms paved path to one of the Energy forms what we see around us as LIFE. Then there is SUN, the STARS, GALAXIES and n-number of things. If you ask why everything was created, it's just that no particular reason existed. Everything was solely built-up only because of the Energy and its dynamicity.

If Energy would've been a Dormant one, Yahoo Answers, Yahoo Users, Yahoo Questions and anything you name it, would'nt have existed.

A rock wouldnt ask why it exists.
A plant wouldnt ask why it exists.
Humans along with a few other animals are the only ones to recognize the "self." If the question existance can only be asked by these creature, why suppose that there is a purpose to the universe?

Of course that is my take, all major religions tackle your question.

If you had followed my take, you can see where my philosophy can get intially depressing. Not quite but I would go on for real long. Ill just answer your initial question.

According to big bang theory, the universe was once a giant black hole. This means that nothing could escape from it. It was at a state of absolute zero. This means that there was no where for even particles to move. Everything was completely compacted. Consciousness trapped in a black hole would be unable to affect anything. It would be in stasis, unable to think or experience different states. Consciousness needed to spread. It needed to seed itself into the emptyness that surrounded it. It need a universe. It needed to lay down laws of physics (order), as well as allow for statistical determinism on the subatomic level (chaos.) Around the black hole was a void. It moved out into the void and the black hole exploded, creating the Universe. It laid down the laws of physics so life could form. It allowed for chaos so that life and the order would become more complex. The laws of physics have changed since then. Someday maybe the entire universe will become conscious again, but it will collapse and the process will be repeated.

Is there really purpose in asking questions like this? Something will always exist... whether we understand them or not is asinine. It seems quite selfish, considering that we even have the ability and privilege, to ask questions that we'll certainly never have a satisfactory answer to. And, obviously, if we weren't here and if there were nothing, we couldn't talk or think about or experience anything.

There is no purpose of existence of universe as such, but to find what is this all about,we have to start with our selves,so first of all we must try to find out who we are,and if we can solve this, than every thing is so simple, because in all of us there is a book of life hiden in us,which can revel every thing about universe and the purpose of it's existence,

You are trying to ascribe a human concept to a process which is incompatible with such concepts. Purpose is only something that has relevance in human terms. The Universe has no conscience and therefore has no purpose. It just IS.

Some things have a definition but we cant describe it fully, just like take a example of ourselves, from where we come, who made us, how our body structure wel planned etc. etc. same this universe, which can be descriable, but not fully. Science has effort more to know it fully but some things that are also beyond them. my opinion the existence of universe is some purpose for man kind.

There isn't any real purpose for it, or for life. people think there must be, as nearly everything within the universe has it's own purpose, but if there wasn't any universe then there would be nothing, and logically there would be no need for anything.

and if i'm wrong about that, then the answer could be 42 instead

42.
The question really doesn't make sense. People have reasons for making things. But the universe is not sentient. Nature doesn't need a reason to exist.
