hi, i have just found a whole lot of games that i used to play when i was little and i want to play them on my XP or mac but it wont let me!!!! i REALLY want to play them they bring SO many memories!! i think most of them are DOS...if that means anything?? i know about dosbox.com but its really confusing and dosent seem to be working...- some games i want to play include how things work in busy town, THEME PARK WORLD, putt putt, orlys story just to name a few.. PLEASE HELP!! i realllly want to play them! thanks sooo much!!

they wont work at all in mac
try opening a cmd prompt
run "cmd" no quotes
find the dir then type the name of the file

Get an old Windows 98 Startup Disk. It will let you choose to run DOS. Then try your old games.

Best guess though, they just won't run. No drivers.

find the executable (the .exe icon or .bat for the extra oldschool), right click on it and set the compatbility mode for win 95 or earlier, that should get the things running smoothly for you.
