Im not sure what im talking about but can i use US ($) dollars For £ (im not sure what it is) So can i buy something with a credit card online at a UK Store? (Found some good deals on pc hardware!)

Yes you can use your us credit card to buy UK goods...its the same as using Ebay just buying something from another country under different currency...So it should work out for you no worries

Most online stores based out of the UK will accept US currency in my experience. Check the FAQs of the site or go to the check out page and see what options they have.

No, the U.S. dollar can only be used in the USA, if that is your question.
