Stay healthy and exercise. If you smoke stop. If you drink alcohol do so in moderation or stop. Make sure you get enough sleep. Don't overeat.
Stay mentally active, through reading, travel, and engaging other people. Take vitamins. Take care of your skin. Don't get sunburned.
Some people color their hair, but I think that's cheating.

Just take care of your self. My mom is 47 yrs old, and looks amazing. During the summer she is outside working in the flowers, and she also goes to tanning beds. So the whole "stay out of the sun" thing isn't entirely true.
But she exercises and takes very good care of her self. That makes a big difference.

Practice the True Faith - Catholic Christianity without pretense, as wanting to be a friend to GOD and always HIS Supernaturalized Channel (I looked sort of old in my late teens, but have, despite much hardship, still been mistaken for a teen now, in my thirties. I haven't ever had a vacation, have stayed up late almost every night, am still celibate and worrying over the one person I would change all that over, and haven't sought entertainment since my teens, for lack of time, and extent of responsibility, and have given up many comforts in life to help those I love out first - but one reward has seemed to be my preservation in a way over which many marvel. I sometimes get asked if I am in fact the Elf-king.)
I believed that by JESUS' Stripes we are healed, and saw flesh wounds healed before my eyes, in HIS NAME. I believed that those that wait on GOD will find their Youth restored like that of the eagle, and it proved so. I believe that HE has not brought me out this far to take me back again, and I expect to enter, in the Eternal Flower of GOD-restored Youth, into the Promised Land. Because of my own experience, I believe all the more that my ancestors Abraham and Sarah had Isaac in their old age and became then as youths recieving a child from GOD.
My mother has also suffered a lot, and spent years in Penitant Service to LOVE, through years of testing as a single woman, and is still taken for my sister, near to age 60. Sexual sin corrupts the flesh. Even the beauty of the chaste Saint Bernadette who once became a well-known Catholic Seeress at Lourdes, has not faded in her death - her body looks merely to be having a beauty rest.

SPF of 60, a big hat, drink, lots and lots of water, no coffee. That info straight from a dermatologist.
