my husband has 2 cousins that are married. If you are marrying her for love I say go for it. If you 2 are just getting married because you think the other is hot and have not had a real relationship yet then I would hold off for a little while.

If I felt that way about any of my cousins, then I probably would. It is not illegal. Whilst some people do not like the idea of it, and some even assume that it is incest; it is not outside the realms of possbility! People think that children will be deformed, that is a misconception. Cousins are just far enough away to avoid that sort of thing. My mum and dad are cousins.

I personally wouldnt but my sister is marrying one of our first cousins.....I dont think bad towards them.Shes been maried 3 times,3 kids by 3 different men and her husband (they're divorcing) is a total d*ck head.....Id MUCH rather see her marry our first cousin than stay with that dumb ***

This frequently is the case here in the middle east - its a way of keeping the money in the family. However, before they marry they have to go for genetic counselling.

No i wouldnt, it is not illegal but genetically i dont think it is healthy. Also can cause major family problems/complications especially if it does not work out. Remember you would have to see her at family doos etc - nightmare!

personally i wouldn't but each to there own.
I don't know why people think its incest because it ain't, there ain't no blood line, thats why it ain't illegal.
I would recommend counselling first so you're both sure its the right thing, accepted by your families or not as long as its both what you want and your happy thats all that counts.
