You can spend hours trying to find programs that supposedly removes spyware then later finding out it didn't. Assuming you have some type of internet security program (e.g. MacAfee or Norton), you might want to call technical support which is free of charge in most cases and let them know your symptoms which is most likely caused by spyware. They will first walk you through some steps to manual try and remove it. If unsuccessful, they will send you a spyware removal tool which you will have to download and this will get rid of the spyware programs completely. This happened to me and it worked. Good Luck!

Get something like AVG anti-spyware. That's really good and can easily heal the computer soon!

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.

besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.

click start then go to back up and restore center, choose a date where you think your computer was working well, and then follow instruction (this is if u have wind. xp)..also you can format ur computer by clicking on the recovery thing, but you are gonna have to search for your files afterwards,, hope this is gonna help :)

if you had windows xp then boot it in the safe mode and use restore point to restor your system to an earlier state when you think that you got this problem. and restart in normal mode.
