The short answer is no. Ram is only interchangeable between computers of roughly the same age/platform.
However I don't mean to discourage a fellow computer enthusiast.
You will first have to check the types of ram in each of the computers. If the ram is the same type and it is non ECC(ecc needs to be in pairs) you can. Obviously you must also have open slots.
A better bet to speed up your computer is to buy some ram for it. More ram is an excellent way to speed up your computer. First determine the type and go to-

you will probably have to do some more reading to feel comfortable. But if the pins match, it will work. The speeds are also back compatible which means ex. PC3200 will run on a motherboard that only supports PC2700
Once you get that down, you will be able to build you next machine, rather than being limited to those cardboard dells.

It depends on the sockets in your new computer. Some older computers use memory cards that have to be used in pairs. You should check that out. Chances are you are using a DIMM card that will just fit.
Memory mismatches can cause other problems, including Checksum errors (I know all about those) but you can usually boot the computer up and use the available memory even if that happens. Your best bet would be to buy a new memory card if you can afford one. If you have some good computer shops where you live you might be able to find one fairly reasonably priced.
I would look for another 128 MB card or upgrade to a 256 MB.

Email me, give me all the data you can about the two computers. If memory from one is transferable to the other, and it's the same size, and type the answer is yes.

Check the bios info on both computers, if the ram clock speeds match, then yeah. Usually the boot screen tells you the memory speed right away when you first turn on your pc.

check whether you have DDR1 or SD or DDR2 slots
1)it is written on your motherboard on either of the side of memory slots
2)other way- SD ram has two notches(gap) and DDR ram has One notch ,So in that way u can verify
If both of your PC's have same type of slots u can transfer it
after upgrading RAM Ur PC will definitely run faster

If the memory sticks are compatible, yes.
But, I doubt it. Don't try it.
