i use a assembled because they are much more customizable and a lot cheaper than the branded PC and also a lot better on performance cos you load only what you want unlike that in the branded one where they load all that they want the customer to have u know.....promotional offers that slow down the PC. and for the same cost of a branded PC i can get a much better performing PC that is assembled!!!!!!!!

They're all assembled.

But only branded PCs like Dell, HP, etc. are put together on an actual assembly line by a bunch of low paid immigrants.

I built my own. And it's superior to any "branded" one. I don't want to say "name brand" because that would imply quality, which all "branded" PC's lack.

Self-built. Yes, they may end up running a little more than the latest, greatest advertisement of the month from your big box or direct retailer, but you get exactly what you want.
