Applebee's has a whole Weight Watchers section to their menu, with low-calorie, low-fat, healthy fare. I've tried several of the selections and they're surprisingly tasty!

Chili's also has several "heathy choice" options that are low fat and low calorie, but i'm unsure about the sodium.

And of course, there's always Subway!

Off the top of my head, the first thing that comes to mind is
a good salad with some chicken or pork that's been broiled
or lightly cooked in evoo. Everyone seems to be promoting
that these days (olive oil), for healthy eating. Fish is always
a good bet, preferably baked or broiled, but never battered.
Which is the way I prefer it, of course. I usually go for chicken,
with rice pilaf, and fresh steamed broccoli. Or a shrimp
salad, or shrimp entree with rice, or a baked potato topped with a dollop of cottage cheese instead of butter or cheese. A lean burger and small salad on the side, instead of onion rings or regular fries that are deep fried and full of fat.
These are all I can think of at this late hour. Maybe I did give
you an idea or two anyway.
Bon appetit!

What restaurant?

I like salads with grilled chicken.

If I want low sodium and calories, I'd rather just cook at home. Tastes better and I can control the sodium and calories.

Here's a good website for cooking healthy:

Good luck on this one. In the fast food world you would be limited to salads, no meats, dried fruit or dressing. A baked potato with no salt, or toppings unless steamed veggies with no added sauces.

In a real restaurant, you can order grilled fish or chicken and ask them to cook it without adding salt or fat. The problem is that they can cook your food in broth but its horribly high in sodium. You are better off with some fat than you are with the higher sodium. Same with vegetables, eat all you want of green vegetables (limit potatoes and corn due to carbs), but make sure they are not drenched in butter and salted. You are better off eating at home and simply having a drink like coffee, tea or diet soda with your friends.

Low sodium & restaurant are an oxymoron. Stay home and cook with fresh ingredients.
