Well, that would kind of be hard. Embarrasing loser is pretty hurtfull all by itself. Tell the person repectfully, and get the person to think your saying it while considering their feelings.
Think before you say anything, put what you going to say together and makesure the person understands what your getting at whithout making them cry or something. Hope this helps.=)
