Do you mean that you just can't remember a word, or do you mean that human languages are simply inadequate?

If the speaker is passionate or disgusted by what they are speaking of then it could mean that words are inadequate. Think of someone that you love very deeply, could you describe in words how much you care about this person?

Probably that you either can't think of the word that you're looking for or that you don't know the word that would describe said something. There is a word for everything, even if its one of those really wierd words that you've never heard of

of the two choices, i would say human languages are simply inadequate. don't you think so? feelings are so hard to describe accurately.

It can be a combination of both. Or there isn't a simple adjective to describe it.
