I gained about 10 lbs. in the year that we have been married, and have recently lost the weight. I think the reason I gained was because I went from being so busy planning my wedding and finishing college that I gain when my activity level dropped after graduation and the wedding.
But I am watching what I eat and getting back on track with exercise and the extra 10 lbs. are gone.

because of the fact they start ingesting like their husbands do lots of carbohydrates and heavy dinners. It additionally has to do with getting previous and a slowing metabolism. Then there is the being pregnant excuse, maximum of ladies individuals consume like horses for the period of being pregnant and blame the burden earnings on being pregnant and quite of understanding to lose that weight, they use the excuse for the remainder of their lives! in certainty one purely desires some hundred greater advantageous energy an afternoon for the period of being pregnant and does not might desire to grow to be a blimp and this is no longer an excuse. How does it impact their husbands? properly, i'm helpful that numerous husbands locate their better halves much less attractive sexually or their better halves grow to be insecure approximately their bodies and frequency of intercourse drops to a checklist low. EDIT: the only beginning administration this is shown to reason signifigant weight earnings is the dep.-provera shot. Blaming 'the pill' is a lazy woman's excuse.

I lost weight rapidly during marriage and I gained steadily when I separated. Maybe you're just much more contented and "happier".
